Bogardus Glass Ball Trap, manufactured for Capt. Adam Bogardus
around 1875-1880. Only a very few of these traps remain
today and sell for thousands of dollars, if you can find one.

CHAMBERLIN
PITCH BALL TRAP
This trap, manufactured by the
Chamberlin Cartridge Company, Cleveland, Ohio. in 1905,
was designed to throw small round black "pitch" or
composition targets. The targets were made from a tar
composition and were designed for trick shooters or
inexpensive recreational shotgun shooting. Value about
$1200.00
