1915 "Breech-Loader" MARLIN HAND TRAP

No, this is not a rug beater. This hand trap, produced in 1915 by Marlin, is very rare today and highly sought by collectors. Another Marlin hand trap, very similar was called the "Front-Loader". Note it's construction. It is very different from the later hand traps made by Western, Winchester, Federal and a host of other companies. It is one of the first hand held traps. This trap is valued at $600.00 to $700.00.  

WESTERN PRACTICE TRAP

This trap was made by Western Ammunition in 1909. In the early 1930s they improved the trap and came out with a second model which was painted green and fairly common today. Value this rare trap from $200.00 to $300.00.
