GEORGE
BEST EARLY
"TIN" PIGEON
This tin target
was made around 1885 in Chicago. It was made to be
reused. When pellets hit the target, the ring would disengage
from the target but would remain attached because of the
hinge. The target would come "fluttering" down like
a killed bird. Not very popular, they said the Best target was
the "worst target". Value
at $100.00.
